门克庆煤矿顶板疏放水设计优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 门克庆煤矿位于呼吉尔特矿区东南部,主采煤层为鄂尔多斯盆地侏罗系延安组煤层,埋深超过700 m,水文地质条件复杂。在特殊的陆相沉积环境下,形成了侏罗系直罗组底部强富水的“七里镇砂岩”。该含水层具有渗透性强、易于疏放等特点,为矿井主要充水含水层。根据矿井水害类型,确立了“超前分段疏放,削峰平谷”的顶板疏放水技术路线。首采工作面开采后,受采空区疏放的影响,矿井主要充水含水层水压大幅度下降;越靠近疏放区域,降幅越大。在含水层水压大幅度下降的情况下,通过对首采工作面疏放水试验数据及回采过程中的顶板疏放水数据的分析研究,对顶板疏放水设计进行优化,增大钻孔间距,缩短疏放时间,使得疏放效果达到最优化,实现水害治理安全高效。 Menkeqing Mine is located at the southeast part of Huji Erte Mining Area.The main mining seam of the mine is a seam of Jurassic Yan’an Formation in Ordos Basin,the depth of seam is over 700 m and the hydrogeological condition would be complicated.Under the special terrestrial sedimentary environment,a high watery“Qili Town sandstone”was formed under the bottom of Zhiluo Formation.The aquifer had the features of a strong permeability and easy drainage and was the main water filling aquifer in the mine.According to the type of the mine water disasters,a technical line of the mine roof water drainage with“pilot sectional water drainage and the peak cutting”was set up.After the mining of the first mining face,affected by the water drainage in the goaf,the water pressure in the main aquifer of the mine was highly reduced and the pressure closed to the water drained area was more highly reduced.Under the condition of the aquifer pressure highly reduced,with the analysis study on the water drainage test data of the first mining face and the roof water drainage data conducted during the mining process,an optimization was conducted on the design of the roof water drainage,the space between the boreholes was increased,the water drainage time was reduced,the water drainage effect was optimized and the target of the safety and high efficient water disaster control was realized.
