以安徽省矿业机电装备有限责任公司为研究对象,结合企业的“十三五”发展规划,顺应“中国制造2025”的部署和“互联网+”行动计划发展趋势,在分析其原有生产基地的技术水平、生产工艺及网络化、智能化、绿色生产等综合生产条件的基础上,以转型升级为主线,以迈向高端为方向,以加强技术创新能力和人才队伍建设为支撑,以管理创新为保障,以引进资本、技术和战略投资者为依托,全面优化产业结构、组织结构、布局结构、产品创新,拓展新领域,对其厂区未来智能化升级改造提出一体化解决方案,从而实现由生产机械化、自动化向信息化、智能化转型升级。该整体解决方案对于国内煤机厂智能发展具有一定的指导意义。

Taking Anhui Provincial Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Company Limited as a study object,in combined with the“13 th Five”development plan of the enterprise,to comply with the plan of“Made in China 2025”and the development tendency of“Internet+”action program,based on the analysis on the technical level,production technique and the internet,intelligent and green production and other comprehensive production conditions of the previous production base,with the transformation and upgrading as the main line,forward to the high terminal as the direction,to enhance the technical innovation capacity and talent team building as the support,the management innovation as the guarantee,with the introduction of the capital,technology and strategic investor as the backing,the industrial structure,organization structure,layout structure and production innovation were fully optimized and an integrated solution was provided to the future intelligent upgraded reform of the plant.Thus the production mechanization,automatic information and intelligent transformation upgrading were realized.The integrated solution would have certain guide significances to the intelligent development of the domestic coal machinery plants.
