基于STM单片机的粉尘浓度传感器设计研究

摘要 煤矿建设和生产过程中,掘进、采煤、运输等环节都会产生大量的粉尘,损害井下人员健康,同时成为危害煤矿安全生产的一大隐患。利用光散射原理,对基于STM32F103RBT6单片机控制的粉尘浓度传感器硬件和软件进行了设计研究。该传感器具有结构简单、精度良好、可靠性高等特点,完全可满足现场使用需求,应用前景广阔。 During the process of the mine construction and production,the gateway driving,coal mining,ransportation and other links all would cause great fine dust.The dust would damage the health of the underground personnel and would be a large hidden danger of the mine safety production.With the application of the light scattering principle,a design study was conducted on the hardware and software of the dust density sensor based on the STM32F103RBT6 single chip microcomputer.The sensor could have simple structure,good accuracy,high reliability and other features,could fully meet the requirements of the site applications and would have wide prospect.
