巷道顶板注浆后构造破碎带围岩应力及变形演化规律 被引量:1

摘要 淮北矿区地质构造复杂,采掘工作面过断层频繁,生产条件十分恶劣。对井下水平(倾斜)巷道破碎带进行地面预注浆加固,可有效控制巷道变形,避免巷道围岩产生塑性破坏。青东煤矿936工作面位于83采区。该采区含可采煤层3层,浅部以主采煤层露头及大马家断层为界,深部至吴坊断层和F3断层。根据该矿936工作面工程地质条件和开采设计,采用数值模拟方法,对注浆与不注浆2种条件下的巷道掘进和工作面回采过程中的围岩应力、变形做了对比分析。 The geological structures in Huaibei Mining Area are complicated,the gateway driving face would frequently pass through faults and the mine production condition is very harsh.A pre-grouting reinforcement at the mine surface ground was conducted on the broken zone of the horizontal(inclined)gateway in the underground mine,could effectively control the deformation of the mine gateway and could eliminate the plastic failure occurred in the surrounding rock of the gateway.No.936 coal mining face of Qingdong Mine was located in No.83 mining block.The mining block would have three mineable seams.The shallow part of the seam would take the seam outcrop of the main mining seam and the Damajia Fault as the boundary.The deep part of the seam would be to Wufang Fault and F3 Fault.According to the engineering geological condition and the mining design of No.936 coal mining face in the mine,the numerical simulation method was applied to the comparison analysis on the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock during the gateway driving and the coal mining processing under the grouting and non grouting conditions.
