环氧树脂乳液改性水泥砂浆性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 对掺量分别为0%、3%、5%、7%、9%的环氧树脂对水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度以及体积稳定性的影响进行了试验研究。并用ZEISS电子显微镜,观察各组水泥砂浆试块的微观结构,探究不同掺量环氧树脂对水泥砂浆微观结构的影响规律;尝试从微观结构上,探究环氧树脂改性机理。试验表明,环氧树脂掺量增加,水泥砂浆的抗压和抗折强度均先增大、后减小;环氧树脂能够提高水泥砂浆的早期强度;水泥砂浆体积收缩随着环氧树脂掺量的增加而减小,适量环氧树脂的掺入能够改善水泥砂浆的微观结构。环氧树脂材料对水泥砂浆性能的影响试验,对于配制高强度、高抗渗性、低收缩水泥砂浆,具有指导意义。 The effects of the epoxy resin content of 0%,3%,5%,7%and 9%on the compressive strength,flexural strength and volume stability of cement mortar was studied in this paper.The ZEISS electron microscope was used to observe the microstructure of each group of mortar test blocks,and the effect of different amounts of epoxy resin on the microstructure of cement mortar was explored to explain the modification mechanism of epoxy resin.Tests show that with increasing epoxy resin content,the compressive and flexural strength of cement mortar increases first and then decreases;epoxy resin can improve the early strength of cement mortar;volume shrinkage decreases with increasing epoxy resin content.The proper amount of epoxy resin can improve the microstructure of cement mortar.The test of the effect of epoxy resin material on the performance of cement mortar has guiding significance for the preparation of high strength,high impermeability and low shrinkage cement mortar.
