摘要
依据调压限压组合溢流阀工作原理,建立其物理模型和仿真模型,以研究先导阀和调压阀结构参数对组合溢流阀调压动态特性的影响。结果表明:在相同结构参数下,调压限压组合溢流阀的超调量为13.3%,优于传统先导式溢流阀33%的超调量;随着先导阀芯质量的增加,稳压时间由14.5 ms增加到21 ms;增大调压阀阻尼孔直径,建压时间可缩短13 ms,稳压压力可达到18.9 MPa;先导阀阻尼孔直径增加时,系统波动时间增加,建压时间增加。
According to the working principle of the pressure adjustment and pressure limit combined overflow valve,the physical model and the simulation model were established to study the structure parameters of the pilot valve and the pressure adjustment valve affected to the pressure adjustment dynamic features of the combined overflow valve.The results showed that under the same structure parameters,the overshoot of the pressure adjustment and pressure limit combined overflow valve was 13.3%and was 33%overshoot better than the conventional pilot overflow valve.With the core quality of the pilot valve improved,the stable time could be increased from 14.5 ms to 21 ms.The increased diameter of the damping hole in the pressure adjustment valve could reduce the pressure set up time by 13 ms and the stabilized pressure could reach to 18.9 MPa.When the damping hole diameter increased in the pilot valve,the system fluctuation time would be increased and the pressure set up time would be increased.
