乡村振兴战略背景下水库移民安置规划刍议——以飞来峡工程群众搬迁安置项目为例

Discussion on Reservoir Resettlement Planning under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy:An Example of the Reservoir Relocation and Resettlement of Feilaixia Project

为全面贯彻落实中共中央乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022年)精神,水库移民村作为乡村产业的一部分,要继续推进库区移民安置规划新模式,不断拓宽移民增收渠道,全面改善移民村生产生活条件,让库区移民走上共同富裕的道路。结合飞来峡工程涉及群众搬迁安置项目,探讨乡村振兴战略背景下水库移民搬迁安置规划及生产安置规划。

In order to fully implement the spirit of the strategic plan for rural revitalization of the CPC Central Committee(2018-2022),the authors propose to promote new models of resettlement planning in the reservoir area,to broaden the channels of income increase for immigrants,to improve the production and living conditions of immigrant villages in an all-round way,and to encourage immigrants in the reservoir area to embark on the road of common prosperity.Taking the relocation and resetdement project of Feilaixia as an example,the authors explore the reservoir resettlement planning and production restoration planning under the background of rural revitalization strategy.
