高职会计职业道德教育与专业技能课程融合的改革与实践

Reform and Practice of the Combination of Professional Skill Courses and Professional Ethics Courses for Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

为贯彻十九大报告以及习总书记讲话精神,针对高职会计专业职业道德教学现状,提出构建高职现代会计专业技能与素质教育融合课程体系,并从建设高仿真的实训基地、创造良好的职场环境、加强校企深度融合、优化师资结构等方面提升课程教学效果,这对培养现代高素质技能应用型会计人才具有重要意义。

Considering the present teaching practice of professional ethics courses for Accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges,the author proposes to combine courses of professional skills and those of professional ethics for a new course combination system,and to improve teaching effect from four aspects:high-standard simulation practice teaching base,free and flexible professional ecology,full cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and the last one,the optimization of teaching faculty team.
