摘要
[目的]探讨“对分课堂”教学模式在中医护理学教学中的应用效果。[方法]选择2016级护理专升本学生为观察对象,分为试验组与对照组,试验组为1~4班共119名学生,对照组为5~8班共119名学生。试验组采取教授(presentation)、吸收(assimilation)、讨论(discussion)3个环节的“对分课堂”教学模式,对照组进行传统的以教师讲授为主的案例练习。比较两组学生期末考试成绩、教师对学生上课表现的评价、学生课堂教学质量评价问卷评价情况。[结果]试验组学生期末病例分析成绩优于对照组;实施对分课堂模式后,学生在课堂上的表现与以往课堂枯燥不活跃的气氛相比,有较大改善;试验组学生对教学效果的评价优于对照组。[结论]在《中医护理学》这门课程中开展“对分课堂”,能有效增强学生学习的主动性,教学效果良好。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of the"PAD class"teaching mode in teaching of Chinese medicine nursing.Methods:Students who were admitted to nursing colleges in 2016 were selected as the objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group.A total of 119 students in class 1~4 were taken as experimental group,and another 119 students in class 5~8 were taken as control group.The experimental group adopted the"PAD class"teaching mode including presentation,assimilation and discussion,while the control group received the traditional case exercises mainly taught by teachers.To compare the students'final exam scores between the two groups,teachers'evaluation on students'class performance,and the situation of evaluation on classroom teaching quality evaluation questionnaire filled out by students.Results:The final case analysis score of students in experimental group was better than that in control group.Compared with the dull and inactive atmosphere in the past,the performance of students in class had been greatly improved after the implementation of the"PAD class"teaching mode.The students′evaluation on teaching effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Conclusions:The application of"PAD class"in teaching of Chinese medicine nursing can effectively enhance the learning initiative of students and the teaching effect is good.
