Objective To explore the value of four-dimensional ultrasonic technique(STIC)in fetal heart examination in early and middle pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 1350 cases of middle and early pregnant women admitted from December 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed, and they were divided into control group and study group according to different ways of prenatal examination The study group underwent four-dimensional sonographic technique and compared the results of the two groups, the diagnostic efficacy, and the time taken for the two groups. Results The positive rate of 92.30%(12/13)in the study group was significantly higher than that of 76.92%(10/13)in the control group(P<0.05)The sensitivity of 92.30%and positive predictive value of 100.00%in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)The time required to examine each image in the Study Group(0.400.19)Min and sample time(3.941.10)Min were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Four-dimensional ultrasonic technique of STIC can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of fetal heart in early and middle pregnancy, and it is helpful to instruct whether to carry out termination of pregnancy It is helpful to improve the satisfaction of pregnant women and their families and can be popularized.
