中医外治疗法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床研究进展

Progress of Clinical Research on External Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease,COPD)已成为一种常见疾病,在治疗方面,除常规治疗外,肺部康复越来越被重视,中医外治疗法作为肺部康复的一种,在临床中也逐渐被应用,通过临床疗效观察,中医外治疗法联合常规治疗可以有效的改善肺功能情况、减少急性发作次数、改善生活质量。本文总结近5年中医外治疗法的研究进展,为临床工作者提供更好的参考价值。

Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease(COPD)has become a common disease.In the treatment,besides routine treatment,lung rehabilitation has been paid more and more attention.As a kind of lung rehabilitation,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been gradually applied in clinic.Through clinical observation,external treatment of TCM has been carried out.Treatment combined with routine treatment can effectively improve pulmonary function,reduce the number of acute episodes,and improve the quality of life.This paper summarizes the research progress of TCM external therapy in recent five years,and provides better reference value for clinical workers.
