发动机活塞冷却喷嘴靶向自动校正机的研究

摘要 针对目前国内生产的发动机活塞冷却喷嘴普遍存在角度偏差,无法达到使用要求,以及人工手动校正效率低、精度不高的现状,文章研制了一种适用于多品种活塞冷却喷嘴的靶向自动校正机。该设备使用PLC和单片机为主要控制核心,以触摸屏为人机交互界面,结合检测组件和校正机构实现靶向自动校正过程,对其工作原理,控制系统及其软件程序进行分析与设计,根据系统方案,研制出样机。对样机进行校正测试,结果表明,该设备能够快速、精确的完成靶向自动校正过程。 Aiming at the current domestically produced engine piston cooling nozzles, there are generally angular deviations, which can not meet the requirements of use, and the manual manual correction has low efficiency and low precision. This paper develops a targeted automatic correction for multi-species piston cooling nozzles. machine. The device uses PLC and MCU as the main control core, and uses the touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface. The detection component and the correction mechanism are combined to realize the targeted automatic correction process. The working principle, control system and software program are analyzed and designed according to the system scheme., developed a prototype. The calibration test of the prototype shows that the device can complete the targeted automatic calibration process quickly and accurately.
