摘要
运用积极心理学取向的团体辅导方法,选择40名残障大学生,随机分为两组,对实验组(进行为期2个月的积极团体心理辅导)和对照组(不进行干预)进行对比研究,目的是改善残障大学生的生涯适应力水平。结果表明,实验组与对照组在团体辅导后生涯适应力水平呈显著差异,团体心理辅导对改善残障大学生的生涯适应状况是可行和有效的。构建团体动力的核心在于个人与环境互动的能量在团体内外的生长与延续,团体方案的设计应围绕目标的达成实现多元化的统一。
Utilizing positive-psychology style group counseling,40 disabled college students were selected and randomly divided into two groups.A comparative study was conducted between the experiment group(with positive psychological group counseling for a period of 2 months)and the control group(without intervention),with the purpose of improving the career adaptability of disabled students on campus.The result shows that there is a significant difference between the experiment and the control group in the level of career adaptability after group counseling,suggesting that group psychological counseling itself is feasible and effective for improving the situation.The core of building group motivation lies in the growth and continuation of the energy of the interaction between individuals and the environment inside and outside the group.The design of group program shall aim at achieving the unity of diversity.
