摘要
未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)是常见的妊娠期并发症,与宫内感染密切相关,严重影响母儿结局。miR-182位于人7号染色体长臂31-34位点,参与细胞重要功能的调节;蛋白质组学分析致力于发现疾病的潜在生物标志物。本文就miR-182表达及蛋白组学分析在PPROM中的最新研究进展作一综述。
Preterm premature rupture of membrane(PPROM)is one of the common obstetric complications.PPROM is closely related with infection,which has a serious impacts on maternal and infant outcomes.miR-182 is located at the 31-34 site on the long arm of human chromosome 7 and participates in the regulation of important cell functions.Proteomic analysis was devoted to the discovery of potential biomarkers of diseases.The latest advances of miR-182 and proteomics in predicting PPROM combined with chorioamnionitis were reviewed.
