地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dydrogesterone combined with Estradiol Valerate on the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的84例功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,按照硬币分组法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各42例。对照组给予地屈孕酮治疗,试验组给予地屈孕酮片联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗。比较两组的出血控制时间、停药后排卵恢复情况和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的控制出血和完全止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有17例恢复排卵,试验组有28例恢复排卵。试验组的排卵恢复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.791,P<0.05)。对照组有5例发生不良反应,试验组有6例发生不良反应。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.105,P=0.745)。结论地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇可有效缩短功能性子宫出血患者的出血时间,促进患者恢复排卵功能,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Dydrogesterone combined with Estradiol Valerate on the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 84 patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the coin grouping method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone,while the test group was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets.The bleeding control time,ovulation recovery after drug withdrawal and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding control and complete hemostasis time of the test group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 17 cases in the control group resumed ovulation,and 28 cases in the test group resumed ovulation.The recovery rate of ovulation in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.791,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions occurred of 5 cases in the control group and 6 cases in the test group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.105,P=0.745).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with Estradiol Valerate treatment can effectively shorten the symptoms bleeding time,promote the recovery of ovulation function,and it is worth popularizing.
