无缝隙护理干预对早产儿神经行为的影响

Effect of seamless nursing intervention on neurobehavior of premature infants

目的探讨无缝隙护理干预对早产儿神经行为的影响。方法选取2017年5月~2018年12月我院收治的100例早产儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上接受无缝隙护理干预,采用20项行为神经测定(NBNA)评分对早产儿的神经行为进行评估,并进行比较。结果两组术后1、7 d的NBNA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后28 d的NBNA评分高于对照组及术后1 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组NBNA总分和NBNA附加分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理干预有助于改善早产儿的神经行为,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing intervention on neurobehavior of premature infants.Methods One hundred premature infants admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received seamless nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The neurobehavioral behavior of premature infants was evaluated by 20 behavioral neurometry(NBNA)score and compared.Results The NBNA scores of preterm infants in the two groups at 1 and 7 days after operation were not significantly different(P>0.05).The NBNA score of the preterm infants in the observation group at 28 days after surgery was higher than that of the control group and 1 day after operation with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total scores of NBNA and NBNA extra scores of the preterm infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of seamless care is beneficial for the improvement of the neurobehavior of premature infants and is worthy of clinical promotion.
