临床护理干预在硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated with Magnesium Sulfate

目的探讨临床护理干预在硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的54例妊娠期高血压患者,将其随机分为参照组和观察组,每组各27例。使用硫酸镁对所有妊娠期高血压患者进行治疗,观察组实施临床护理干预,参照组实施常规护理,对两组的不良反应发生情况、护理干预前后生活质量评分及自然分娩率进行观察和比较。结果观察组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理干预前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理干预后的各生活质量评分高于本组干预前,且观察组各生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理干预用于妊娠期高血压疾病治疗和护理中,具有较好效果,可以提高产妇自然分娩率,减少不良反应发生情况,还可有效改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated with Magnesium Sulfate.Methods A total of 54 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,27 cases in each group.All patients were treated with Magnesium Sulfate.In the observation group,clinical nursing intervention was adopted,while in the reference group,routine nursing was used.The occurrence of adverse reactions,the quality of life score before and after the nursing intervention,and the natural labor rate were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural labor rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score before nursing intervention two groups(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life indicators after nursing intervention in the observation group and the reference group were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for the nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension has a good effect,it can increase the natural labor rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
