品管圈在提高运动关节科手术患者功能锻炼执行率中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle in the process of increasing functional exercise implementation rate of patients after sports joint operation

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)作为一种新的管理理念和工具在提高运动关节科手术患者的功能锻炼执行率方面的应用,进一步提高QCC在提高运动关节科手术患者功能锻炼执行率中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3~7月我院收治的111例运动关节手术患者作为研究对象,实施QCC管理,比较QCC活动前后患者的功能锻炼执行率的促进效果。结果检查表对患者功能锻炼6个要因进行调查,运动关节科病区手术后各方面的手术后执行率有明显改变。改善后的宣教不到位、锻炼不正确和患者不配合,家属不配合和医护不一致发生率低于改善前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);进步率为58.10%,QCC活动不仅改善了运动关节科护理工作中存在的问题,且培养圈员的责任心和解决问题的能力、提高圈员的工作积极性和和幸福度,增加了团队凝聚力。结论通过QCC活动制定的功能锻炼宣教流程和相应图谱,各种运动关节科疾病功能锻炼路径和相应标准,加强患者健康宣教等措施,有效达成预期目标,是一种行之有效的管理方法。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)approach in improving the functional exercise execution rate of patients undergoing motor joint surgery,further effectively increasing functional exercise implementation rate of patients after sports joint operation.Methods A total of 111 patients admitted to our hospital from March to July 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the implementation of QCC management was conducted to compare the promotion effect of functional exercise execution rate of patients in sports joint department before and after QCC activities.Results According to the examination table,the functional exercise of patients was investigated in 6 important factors in the department of sports and joints.There were significant changes in functional exercise execution rate.The incidence of inadequate education,incorrect exercise,patients'non-cooperation,uncooperative family members and different views from doctors and nurses after improvement was lower than that before improvement,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate was 58.10%.The activity of QCC not only improved the practical problems existing in the nursing work of our sports joint department,but also further cultivates the sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability of circle members,improved their working happiness,and increased team cohesion.Conclusion With the application of QCC tools,establishment of functional exercise paths and corresponding standards for various sports joint diseases,and it is an effective management method.
