过程性考核在卓越特教师资培养康复类课程中的应用——以N校《特殊儿童语言沟通训练》课程为例

摘要 阐释过程性考核方式在卓越特殊教育师资培养康复类课程中的优势和实施方式,为培养高质量的卓越特教师资提供启示。文章先比较N校康复类课程现有考核方式的弊端和过程性考核的优势,再以《特殊儿童语言沟通训练》为例,对后者如何应用具体分析。判断得出,过程性考核的优势突出,实施时需要确定考核内容,明确具体考核方式,并遵循评分事项。过程性考核有利于卓越特殊教育师资培养目标的真正实现,考核标准有待进一步建立。 Objectives:By illustrating the advantages and implementation of Process Assessment(PA)rehabilitation courses in the cultivation of excellent special education teacher training,the paper provides enlightenment to improve the cultivation quality.Methods:Firstly comparing the disadvantages of existing assessment methods and the advantages of PA in N university,and then taking Language Communication Training for Special Children as an example to analyze the application of the latter.Results:The advantages of PA are outstanding,and it is necessary to determine the assessment content,clarify the specific assessment models and follow the scoring items.Conclusions:PA is beneficial to achieve the goal of excellent special education teacher training and the assessment standards need to be further established.
