摘要 特殊教育的伦理困境来源于特殊教育教师在工作中面临的价值冲突和服务群体的复杂性。特殊教育教师在工作中会面临价值观困境、利益困境、角色困境和责任困境。促成特殊教育伦理困境的原因有三个方面:价值观的冲突是伦理困境产生的根本原因;专业的道德特质是伦理困境产生的基础平台;专业服务对象的特殊性是伦理困境的直接诱因。为此,文章提出特殊教育伦理困境的解决对策:加强知识教育,提高特殊教育教师的职业道德素质;强化自身的角色意识,认同特殊教育教师身份;完善监督机制,建立特殊教育伦理委员会。 The ethical dilemma of special education stems from the value conflict and the complexity of service groups that special education teachers face in their work.Special education teachers will face the dilemma of values,interests,roles and responsibilities in their work.There are three reasons for the ethical dilemma of special education.The conflict of values is the root cause of the ethical dilemma.Professional moral character is the basic platform of ethical dilemma.The particularity of professional service object is the direct inducement of ethical dilemma.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the dilemma of special education ethics.We should strengthen the knowledge education of special education teachers and improve their professional ethics.We should strengthen our own sense of role and identify ourselves as special education teachers.We need to improve oversight mechanisms and set up ethics committees for special education.
