基于单片机的物料分拣实验装置的设计与开发

摘要 该文结合单片机相关课程教学对实验装置的需求和工业现场控制系统的特点,根据可编程逻辑控制(PLC)的工作原理和基本结构,设计并开发了基于STC 8位单片机的物料分拣实验装置。该实验装置由中央处理器、模拟输入/输出、数字输入/输出等单元构成,可实现基本的物料分拣操作。实验装置不仅能够满足单片机相关课程的实验、实训教学要求,还能较好地展现PLC的工作原理,增强单片机课程教学与其他专业课程的联系,有利于学生后续专业课程的学习。该装置符合课程教学需求和工程实际,能激发学生的学习积极性,且运行稳定、可靠,便于操作。 Combined with the requirements of the experimental equipment for MCU related course teaching and the characteris⁃tics of the industrial field control system,according to the working principle and basic structure of the programmable logic control(PLC),this paper designs and develops a material sorting experiment device based on STC 8-bit single-chip microcomputer.The ex⁃perimental device consists of a central processing unit,analog input/output,and digital input/output units,and it can perform basic material sorting operations.The experimental device not only can meet the experimental and practical teaching requirements of the MCU related courses,but also can better display the working principle of the PLC,enhance the connection between the MCU course teaching and other professional courses,and is conducive to the students􀆳follow-up professional courses.The device meets the teach⁃ing needs of the course and the engineering practice,and can stimulate students􀆳enthusiasm for learning,and the operation is stable,reliable and easy to operate.
