银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者颈性眩晕分析

Case analysis of the improvement of cervical vertigo in patients with angina pectoris treated by yinxing mihuan oral solution

在冠心病心绞痛基础治疗上,部分患者加用银杏蜜环口服溶液后颈性眩晕得到明显改善,分析银杏蜜环口服溶液可能在扩张脑血管、增加脑血流量、改善脑微循环等方面效果显著,可改善椎-基底动脉供血,对颈性眩晕具有一定治疗作用。

It was observed that on the basis of the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the cervical vertigo of some patients was significantly improved after the addition of yinxing mihuan oral solution.This paper reports 2 cases in detail.It is analyzed that the medicine may improve the blood supply of vertebrobasilar artery in the aspects of expanding cerebral blood vessels,increasing cerebral blood flow and improving cerebral microcirculation,and play a certain role in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
