微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨分析微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年3月收治高血压脑出血患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组行开颅血肿清除术,研究组行微创颅内血肿清除术。比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组手术时间及术中出血量显著低于对照组,研究组治疗后ADL、NIHSS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效显著。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:92 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from February 2017 to March 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.In the control group,the hematoma was removed by craniotomy,in the study group,the hematoma was removed by minimally invasive surgery.We compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:The operation time and bleeding volume in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the ADL score and NIHSS score in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
