非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的效果与依从性评价

Effect and compliance evaluation of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of community hypertension

目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片治疗社区高血压的效果和临床依从性。方法:2018年1-12月收治高血压患者118例,随机分为两组,各59例。对照组采用尼群地平片治疗,试验组采用非洛地平缓释片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗2、4、6个月SBP、DBP水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗依从率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用非洛地平缓释片治疗高血压,能够有效改善患者血压水平,提升治疗依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect and clinical compliance of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of community hypertension.Methods:118 patients with hypertension were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nitrendipine and the experimental group with felodipine sustained release tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The SBP and DBP levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 2 months,4 months and 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The compliance rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension can effectively improve blood pressure levels and improve treatment compliance.
