黄芪桂枝活络汤联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的效果研究

Study on the effect of huangqi guizhi huoluo decoction combined with rehabilitation training on post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome

目的:分析黄芪桂枝活络汤联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:2017年3月-2018年11月收治脑卒中后肩手综合征患者188例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组采用黄芪桂枝活络汤联合康复训练治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、中医临床症状积分和生活质量评分改善幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应。结论:黄芪桂枝活络汤联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征能够有效改善患者临床症状,从而提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application value of huangqi guizhi huoluo decoction combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome.Methods:188 patients with post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome were selected from March 2017 to November 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,the observation group was treated with huangqi guizhi huoluo decoction combined with rehabilitation training.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,medical symptom score and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Huoluo decoction combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
