中医治疗心律失常的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia

目的:探讨中医治疗心律失常的疗效。方法:2018年1-12月收治心律失常患者40例,根据治疗方案分为两组,各20例。对照组采用常规西药基础治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上采用自拟养心汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,室性期前收缩、阵发性心房纤颤、房性期前收缩发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西医治疗基础联合中医治疗心律失常效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective:To explore the specific methods and effects of Chinese medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:From January to December 2018,40 patients with arrhythmia were selected.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into two groups of 20 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with self-made Yang Xin Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of ventricular premature contraction,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and atrial premature contraction was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on arrhythmia is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
