超声诊断在妇产科急腹症中的应用价值研究

Study on the value of ultrasound diagnosis in gynecology and obstetrics acute abdomen

目的:研究妇产科急腹症中超声诊断的应用价值。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治急腹症患者50例,施以腹部和阴道超声检查,同时将病理检查的结果作为标准,评估不同超声检查的准确性。结果:阴道超声诊断准确率高于腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于妇产科急腹症的临床诊断工作中运用超声技术,能够为临床医师评估患者的病情提供重要指导,尤其是阴道超声检查法,可在较大程度上提高疾病诊断的准确率。

Objective:To study the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:50 patients with acute abdomen were seelcdted from April 2018 to April 2019,ultrasound examination was performed on the patients,and the results of pathological examination were taken as criteria to evaluate the accuracy of different ultrasound examinations.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that the abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic technique can be used in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics.The clinician can provide important guidance for evaluating the patients'condition.
