类风湿性关节炎膝关节高频彩色多普勒超声临床应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在类风湿性关节炎膝关节检查中的临床应用。方法:2017年10月-2018年12月收治类风湿性关节炎膝关节患者50例作为研究组,同时选取健康者50例作为参照组。两组均采用高频彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两组检查结果。结果:两组滑膜厚度、髌上囊积液厚度及滑膜彩色血流情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在类风湿性关节炎膝关节病变临床检查中采用高频彩色多普勒超声能进一步提升确诊率,利于了解患者关节情况,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective:To explore the clinical application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of knee joint in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018,50 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of knee joint were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy people were selected as the reference group.High frequency color Doppler ultrasound was used in both groups,we compared the results of the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in thickness of synovium,thickness of hydrops in suprapatellar bursa and color blood flow of synovium between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of knee joint in rheumatoid arthritis can further improve the diagnosis rate,helps to understand the patient's joint situation,and provides a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
