妇科念珠菌感染3种微生物检验方法的效果观察研究

Observation on the effect of three microbiological test methods for candida infection in gynecology

目的:研究妇科念珠菌感染中应用3种微生物方法的检验效果。方法:2017年7月-2019年3月收治妇科炎症患者210例,均通过培养法、凝集法和镜检法进行检验,对比3种微生物检验方法的效果。结果:凝聚法、培养法、镜检法阳性检出率分别为83.3%、86.7%和84.7%,3种方法阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇科念珠菌感染中,凝聚法、培养法、镜检法3种微生物检验方法的效果相当,阳性检出率均比较高。

Objective:To explore the test effect of three microbial methods for candida infection in gynecology.Methods:From July 2017 to March 2019,210 patients with gynecological inflammation were selected and tested by culture,agglutination and microscopy.We compared the effect of three microbial test methods.Results:The positive rates of coagulation,culture and microscopy was 83.3%,86.7%and 84.7%respectively,there was no significant difference in positive detection rate of three methods among the three methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:In gynecological candidiasis,the results of the three microbial test methods of culture,agglutination and microscopy are comparable,the positive rates are high.
