胃肠超声造影检查在健康体检人群胃、十二指肠疾病普查中的应用

Application of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in disease screening for diseases of stomach and duodenum in health examination population

目的:分析在健康人群十二指肠与胃疾病普查中应用充盈法胃肠超声造影检查的价值。方法:2017年12月-2018年10月选取体检健康人员1000名,均进行胃肠与胃镜超声造影检查。经病理检查疑似病例120例,观察疑似病例检查情况。结果:超声造影检查检出率显著高于胃镜检查,超声造影检查胃恶性淋巴瘤、胃癌符合率显著高于胃镜检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在健康人群的十二指肠与胃疾病普查中应用充盈法胃肠超声造影检查,能够充分显示患者疾病情况。

Objective:To explore the application value of filling gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in disease screening for diseases of stomach and duodenum in health examination population.Methods:From December 2017 to October 2018,1000 healthy persons were selected for physical examination,and all of them underwent gastrointestinal and gastroscopic contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.120 suspected cases were examined by pathology,and the examination of suspected cases was observed.Results:The detection rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was significantly higher than that of gastroscopy,and the coincidence rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography on gastric malignant lymphoma and gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of gastroscopy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of filling gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in disease screening for diseases of stomach and duodenum in health examination population can fully show the patient's disease.
