观察光学相干断层成像技术在黄斑裂孔中的应用效果

Observation on the application effect of optical coherence tomography in macular hole

目的:探讨光学相干断层成像技术(OCT)在黄斑裂孔中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治黄斑裂孔患者100例,随机分为两组各50例。观察组采取OCT诊断,对照组采取常规临床诊断。比较两组诊断结果及满意度。结果:对照组诊断正确率显著低于观察组,观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OCT在黄斑裂孔中的应用效果较好,诊断准确率及患者满意度高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of optical coherence tomography in macular hole.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with macular hole were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each.The observation group was diagnosed by optical coherence tomography,while the control group was diagnosed by routine clinical diagnosis.To compare the diagnostic results and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The diagnostic rate of the control group was significantly lower than the observation group,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optical coherence tomography has a good application effect in macular hole,it has higher diagnostic accuracy and higher patient satisfaction.
