正确儿童保健对婴幼儿早期发育的作用

The effect of correct child health care on the early development of infants

目的:探讨正确儿童保健对婴幼儿早期发育的影响。方法:2014年6月-2016年10月收治婴幼儿80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予常规护理指导,观察组在常规护理指导基础上给予科学、正确的儿童保健干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组婴幼儿身高、体重、MDI指数、PDI指数均显著优于对照组,婴幼儿常见疾病发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在婴幼儿早期发育过程中合理采取正确的儿童保健干预,可加快婴幼儿的早期发育,有效提升智力水平及心理发育程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of correct child health care on the early development of infants.Methods:From June 2014 to October 2016,80 infants and young children were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing guidance,the observation group was given scientific and correct child health intervention on the basis of routine nursing guidance.We compared the intervention effect between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the height,weight,MDI index and PDI index of infants were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of common diseases in infants was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of early development of infants,proper health care intervention can accelerate the early development of infants and effectively improve the level of intelligence and psychological development.
