社区护理干预对独居老人生活质量的影响作用

The effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly people living alone

目的:探讨社区护理干预对独居老人生活质量的影响。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收集辖区社区独居老人102例,分为两组。试验组采取一对一全面护理干预,对照组采取社区常规护理干预。比较两组生活质量评分。结果:两组干预前生活质量各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组干预后生活质量各维度评分除物质生活状态外,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区独居老人采用一对一全面护理干预,可有效缓解不良心理状态,改善不健康行为,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of life of the elderly living alone.Methods:102 elderly people living alone in the community were selected from January 2017 to December 2018,they were divided into the two groups.The experimental group took one-to-one comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group took community routine nursing intervention.We compared the quality of life scores between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of quality of life before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group except material life state,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The one-to-one comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly living alone in the community can effectively alleviate the bad psychological state,improve the unhealthy behavior and improve the quality of life.
