舒适护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期护理中的应用评价

The application of comfortable nursing in the perioperative nursing of children with hernia treated by minimally invasive surgery

目的:探讨微创手术治疗小儿疝气在围术期护理中实施舒适护理的效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治小儿疝气患儿94例,按照护理方式分为两组各47例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间等指标水平均明显优于对照组,观察组术后切口疼痛程度及术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,观察组患儿及家属满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期护理中采用舒适护理具有非常显著的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in perioperative nursing of children hernia treated by minimally invasive surgery.Methods:94 children with hernia were selected from May 2018 to May 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 47 cases in each group according to the way of nursing.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comfortable nursing.We compared the nursing effect between two groups.Results:The incision length,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The degree of postoperative incision pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of children and their families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing has a very significant clinical effect in the perioperative nursing of children with hernia.
