呼吸衰竭患者的整体护理服务及效果分析

Holistic nursing service and effect of patients with respiratory failure

目的:分析对呼吸衰竭患者采取整体护理服务后的临床疗效。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治呼吸衰竭患者50例,随机分为两组各25例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施常规加整体护理服务。对比两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理总有效率和护理满意度高于对照组,住院时间以及症状消退时间、平均机械通气时间、住ICU时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对呼吸衰竭患者采取整体护理服务,能有效提高护理效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing service for patients with respiratory failure.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,50 patients with respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The control group was given routine care,the study group was given routine plus holistic care services.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency and satisfaction of nursing were higher than those in the control group,the duration of hospitalization,the time of symptom resolution,the time of average mechanical ventilation and the time of ICU were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking holistic nursing service for patients with respiratory failure can effectively improve the nursing effect.
