快速康复综合措施在老年肩袖损伤关节修复的围手术期实施及效果观察

Perioperative implementation and effect observation of comprehensive measures of rapid rehabilitation in the repair of rotator cuff injury in the elderly

目的:探讨快速康复综合措施在老年肩袖损伤关节镜修复围手术期的实施及效果观察。方法:2017年7月-2018年12月采用关节镜修复术治疗老年肩袖损伤患者58例,分为两组各29例。常规护理组给予围手术期常规护理,快速康复护理组给予联合围手术期快速康复综合措施干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:两组干预前肩关节UCLA功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后肩关节UCLA功能评分均显著优于干预前(P<0.05),快速康复护理组治疗总有效率显著高于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受关节镜修复治疗的老年肩袖损伤患者实施快速康复综合措施干预,可有效改善肩关节UCLA功能,提升临床治疗有效率,提高患者舒适度和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application and effect of comprehensive measures of rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative period of arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury in the elderly.Methods:58 elderly patients with rotator cuff injury treated with arthroscopic repair were selected from July 2017 to December 2018,they were divided into the two groups with 29 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given the routine nursing in the perioperative period,and the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was given the combined intervention of the comprehensive measures of the rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative period.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in UCLA score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,UCLA function score of shoulder joint in the two groups was significantly better than that before the intervention,and the total effective rate in the rapid rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive measures of rapid rehabilitation can effectively improve the UCLA function of shoulder joint,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,and improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients.
