基层医院老年高血压健康教育中临床护理路径的应用价值研究

Evaluation of clinical nursing pathway in elderly hypertension health education in primary hospitals

目的:探讨基层医院老年高血压健康教育中临床护理路径的应用价值。方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治高血压患者110例,根据不同教育方法分为两组各55例。观察组接受临床护理路径健康教育,对照组接受常规健康教育。对比两组血压达标率、住院时间及知识技能掌握率。结果:观察组血压达标率、住院时间、知识技能掌握率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径健康教育在老年高血压健康教育中效果显著,可提高血压达标率和知识技能掌握率,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the application value of clinical nursing pathway in the elderly hypertension health education in the primary hospital.Methods:110 patients with hypertension were selected from January 2016 to January 2018,they were divided into the two groups with 55 in each group acording to different educational methods.The observation group received health care pathway health education,the control group received regular health education.The blood pressure compliance rate,hospitalization time and knowledge and skill mastery rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood pressure compliance rate,hospitalization time,and knowledge and skill mastery rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway health education is effective in the elderly hypertension health education,which can improve the blood pressure compliance rate and knowledge and skill mastery rate,and shorten the hospitalization time.
