北京市海淀青龙桥社区老年人抑郁现状调查及相关因素分析

Investigation of depression and analysis of related factors of elderly in Qinglongqiao Community of Haidian of Beijing City

目的:了解海淀青龙桥社区老年人抑郁现状,探讨老年人抑郁的相关影响因素。方法:2018年1-11月随机抽取社区老年人806名,应用老年抑郁量表(GDS)进行抑郁状况问卷调查。结果:社区老年人GDS得分≤10分者617名(76.6%),>10分者189名(23.4%)。多元线性回归分析显示,老年人GDS得分与年龄段呈正相关,与文化程度、婚姻状况、锻炼情况、家人关系、退休适应、月收入、医保情况、慢性病分类呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:从提高社会居民文化程度,营造和谐家庭和社会关系,提高社会医疗保障率等方面改善社区老年人心理健康状况,降低老年人抑郁发生率。

Objective:To understand the depression status of the elderly in Qinglongqiao Community of Haidian,and to explore the related factors of depression in the elderly.Methods:From January to November 2018,806 elderly people in the community were randomly selected and investigated with the GDS.Results:Among the elderly in the community,617 cases(76.6%)had GDS score of≤10,189 cases(23.4%)had GDS score of>10.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the GDS score of the elderly was positively correlated with age,and negatively correlated with education,marriage,exercise,family relationship,retirement adaptation,monthly income,medical insurance and chronic disease classification;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the mental health of the elderly in the community and reduce the incidence of depression,we should improve the cultural level of the community residents,build a harmonious family and social relations,and improve the social medical security rate.
