三级综合医院全科团队支援增强社区居民家庭医生签约意向的研究

Study on the support by general practice team of tertiary general hospital to enhance the intention of family doctor signing in community resident

目的:探讨建立三级综合医院组建全科团队支援模式对社区居民家庭医生签约意愿的影响。方法:选取2019年3-5月北京市两个社区居民580名,随机分为单独社区医生组与全科团队-社区医生协作组,采取问卷调查方式,比较两组对家庭医生签约的意向。结果:共发放问卷580份,回收有效问卷548份,有效回收率为94.14%。全科团队-社区医生协作组家庭医生签约意向高于单独社区医生组。结论:三级综合医院全科团队支援协作家庭医生签约服务可增强居民签约意向,有助于三级医院与社区卫生中心良性互动,优化医疗资源分配。

Objective:To explore the influence of the support by general practice team of tertiary general hospital to enhance the intention of family doctor signing in community resident.Methods:From March to May 2019,580 residents from two communities in Beijing were selected and randomly divided into the separate community doctor group and the general practice team-community doctor cooperation group,questionnaire survey was used to compare the intention of the two groups to sign the contract.Results:A total of 580 questionnaires were sent out and 548 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 94.14%.In the general practice team-community doctor cooperation group,the intention of family doctors to sign up is higher than that of the separate community doctor group.Conclusion:The application of the support by general practice team of tertiary general hospital to enhance the intention of family doctor signing in community resident is helpful for tertiary general hospital and community health centers to interact well and optimize the distribution of medical resources.
