摘要
12Cr2Mo1加氢小件下法兰在超声检测时发现夹杂缺陷,采用断口、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段确定了缺陷的主要成分是钙铝酸盐(Al2O3),对夹杂物的来源进行分析,通过优化工艺避免夹杂缺陷的产生。
The inclusion defects were found in the ultrasonic testing of the lower flange of 12Cr2Mo1 small hydrogenation parts.The main component of the defects has been determined as calcium aluminates(Al2O3)by means of fracture surface observation,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The source of inclusions has been analyzed and the inclusion defects have been avoided by optimizing the process.
