摘要
以“华龙一号”124D型主泵泵壳为研究对象,对铸件材质和结构特点进行分析并设计砂型铸造工艺方案,运用UG软件绘制泵壳铸件三维模型,结合铸造模拟仿真软件ProCAST对铸件充型以及凝固过程进行数值模拟,对缩孔缩松缺陷分析后对铸造工艺进行优化,最终获得了铸件内部无宏观缩孔缩松缺陷,质量符合要求的铸造工艺方案。
Taking“Hualong No.1”124D main pump casing as the research object,the casting material and structural characteristics have been analyzed and the sand casting process plan has been designed.The three-dimensional model of the pump casing casting has been drawn by UG software,and the casting simulation software ProCAST has been used to perform the simulation of the model filling and the solidification.After the analysis of the shrinkage defect,the casting process has been optimized.Finally,the casting process plan with no macroscopic shrinkage and porosity defects has been obtained to meet the quality requirements.
