摘要
研究了不同的冷却速度对高低压联合转子钢24Cr2Ni1Mo1V显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,当冷却速度较慢时,组织以粒状贝氏体为主,伴随少量先析出铁素体,随着冷却速度增加,马氏体转变量增加,组织变为贝氏体与板条马氏体的混合组织,冷却速度进一步增加,可转变为全部马氏体组织。
The effect of different cooling speed on microstructure and hardness of 24Cr2Ni1Mo1V high and low pressure combined rotor steel has been studied.The results show that when the cooling speed is slow,the microstructure is mainly granular bainite,accompanied by a small amount of ferrite precipitated first.With the increase of the cooling speed,the amount of martensite transformation increases,and the microstructure becomes a mixture of bainite and batten martensite,and then it can be transformed into all martensite by the further increase of the cooling speed.
