摘要
针对某电站汽轮机高中压汽缸铸件出现的壁厚减薄问题,通过逆向工程对汽缸实现铸件数字化并在其实物3D模型上进行有限元强度分析,根据分析结果对汽缸铸件的铸造及加工提出改进措施。
In order to solve the problem of wall thickness thinning of high and middle pressure cylinder casting of steam turbine in a power station,the casting has been digitized by reverse engineering and the finite element strength analysis has been carried out on its 3D model.According to the analysis results,the improvement measures for casting and machining of cylinder castings have been put forward.
