摘要
研究地铁建设对城市内部土地利用时空变化的影响,能为新建地铁站点的规划模拟和预测提供量化参考。文章以长沙市地铁1号线为研究对象,运用遥感影像物理信息与地图POI数据社会经济信息相融合的方法,获取多时间节点的城市土地利用分类信息,构建土地利用变化率和站场用地功能分类模型,分析地铁建设在不同时段对城市土地利用时空变化的影响。
Studying the effect of metro construction on the spatial and temporal variation of land-use within the city can provide quantitative reference for the planning simulation and prediction of new metro stations. Taking Changsha Metro Line 1 as the research object, this paper uses the method of integrating the physical information of remote sensing image with the social and economic information of map POI data, to get the urban land-use classification information of multi-time nodes. Also, it constructs the land use change rate and station land function classification model, and analyses the influence of metro construction on spatial and temporal variation of urban land-use in different periods.
