Remodeling and Exploration of Space for Military Industry for New China——Take Jaingxi Liansheng Machinery Factory as Example

军事工业遗产是火红年代产业文脉的物质载体,城市功能的转型和遗产价值的凸显推动了其再开发和再利用的过程。文章本文针对国内军事工业遗产空间利用过程中存在的片段化及同质化问题,结合连胜机械厂改造案例进行实践分析,对军工遗产建成空间要素特征进行分类提取,从场所认知的视角出发,以军事主题强化、军工记忆再现、军工精神提炼为原则探讨空间要素的重构模式,归纳总结出一套整体规划、单体建筑、人文景观相结合的混合功能空间设计方法。

The military industry heritage is the material carrier of industry context for fiery years. The transformation of urban functions and the highlight of heritage value promote the process of redevelopment and recycle. This paper aims at the problems of fragmentation and homogenization in the process of space usage of domestic military industrial heritage, makes practical analysis based on the case of renovation of Liansheng Machinery Factory, and makes classified withdraw to the characteristics of built space elements of the military industrial heritage. From the perspective of place cognition,it discusses the reconstruction model of space elements based on the principle of strengthening the military theme, reappearing the military memory and refining the military spirit.In addition, it summarizes a set of mixed functional space design method combining with overall planning, single building and human landscapes.
