模块化建筑,把"建筑"这种庞大的物体放入工厂中生产的构想也逐渐地变为现实。然而这仍然有着许多尚未攻克的技术难关。论文分析了模块化建筑的优势与不足,用实例介绍了模块化建筑的发展现状。

Modular architecture, the idea of putting huge object like buildings into factory for production has gradually become a reality. However, there are still many technical difficulties which need to be overcome. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of modular architecture and introduces the development status of modular architecture with practical examples.
