土茯苓中黄杞苷的提取工艺优化及其含量测定

Research on extraction method optimization and content determination of engeletin in Smilax glabra Roxb

目的优化土茯苓中黄杞苷的提取方法,比较不同产地土茯苓中黄杞苷含量。方法以黄杞苷含量作为考察指标,采用HPLC法测定其含量;以70%、80%、95%乙醇作为溶剂,采用回流提取、常温超声波辅助提取和常温渗漉提取三种方法进行提取。结果越南产土茯苓的黄杞苷含量最高为0.0575%。以越南产的土茯苓为原料,最佳提取方法为70%乙醇作为提取溶剂,常温超声波辅助提取,黄杞苷含量为0.0684%。结论越南产土茯苓的黄杞苷含量相对较高,所确定提取方法提取效率高、能耗低。

Objective To optimize the extraction method of engeletin from Smilax glabr a Roxb and compare the differences of the content of engeletin from different regions.Methods Taking the content of engeletin as evaluation index.The content of engeletin was determined by HPLC.70%,80%,and 95%ethanol were used as solvent.Reflux extraction,ultrasound-associated extraction,percolation extraction were used as extraction methods.Results The content of engeletin in Smilax glabr a Roxb from Vietnam was 0.0575%and it is the highest one of all tested samples.Conclusion The content of engeletin in Smilax glabr a from Vietnam was higher than the others.The best extraction method has high extraction efficiency and low power consumes.
