摘要
水泥是目前土木工程领域应用最为广泛的建筑材料。在实际应用过程中,由于受材料变化、生产工艺控制、环境条件变化等因素影响,同一源头生产供应的水泥产品强度指标波动较大,对工程管理造成了不利影响。为进一步了解水泥强度指标分布情况,本文对某公路工程3种不同来源水泥强度3d和28d强度指标检测数据进行了数理统计分析,总结提出了强度指标分布统计参数,比对了水泥在不同时期强度增长速度情况,可用于确定水泥强度指标现场控制要求、监控水泥性能动态波动等工作。
Cement is the most widely used building material in the field of civil engineering.In the practical application,the strength index of cement products produced and supplied from the same source fluctuates greatly due to the factors such as material change,production process control and environmental change.In order to further understand the distribution of cement strength indexes,it is conducted a mathematical statistical analysis of the 3d and 28d testing data of cement strength indexes from three different sources in a highway project,and put forward the distribution value of strength indexes.Comparing the strength growth rate of cement in different periods,it can be used to determine the field control requirements of cement strength index and monitor the dynamic fluctuation of cement properties.
