论管理人才在企业发展中的分层次措施

摘要 党的十九大以来,我国经济快速发展,这其中国有企业发挥了重要作用。目前,我国的经济管理机制正在健康健全发展,企业做好人才分层次管理工作也成为了促进自身发展的重要举措。可以说,人才分层次管理是促进企业发展的重要因素,是企业在行业中获得生存以及竞争优势的关键,关乎着企业的存亡与发展,关乎企业生产效益的提高,关乎企业的可持续发展。 Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's economy has developed rapidly,among which state-owned enterprises have played an important role.At present,the economic management mechanism of our country is developing healthily and soundly.It has become an important measure to promote the development of enterprises to do well in the management of talents at different levels.It can be said that the hierarchical management of talents is an important factor to promote the development of enterprises,the key to the survival and competitive advantage of enterprises in the industry,the survival and development of enterprises,the improvement of enterprise production efficiency,and the sustainable development of enterprises.
