高校辅导员与专业教师协同育人模式研究

A Study on the Cooperative Education Mode Between College Counselors and Professional Teachers

高校辅导员与专业教师均身处教育一线,是与学生接触最多的两个教师群体,但在工作中由于两支队伍各有分工,缺少有效的沟通与合作,对学生的思想政治教育效果往往并不理想。通过对高校大学生思想政治教育育人困境进行分析,引入协同理论,形成二者协同育人模式,以增强思想政治教育的实效性。

College counselors and professional teachers in the forefront of education are the two groups of teachers who have the most contact with students.However,due to the two teams working independently,there is a lack of effective communication and cooperation,causing the unsatisfactory effect of ideological and political education on students.This paper analyzes the dilemma of ideological and political education of college students,introduces the theory of synergy,and forms the mode of synergy,so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
